Procedente de Ceuta pero afincando en Getafe, mori es uno de los jóvenes que con micrófonos de gama baja y grabando melodías en casa consiguen llegar a miles de jóvenes que se abrazan a lo sad. Mezcla inglés y español en canciones de amor melancólicas y generacionales. Su música muestra claras influencias de la escena británica, los puretas dicen que recuerda a Lil Peep o XXXTentación. Su música se nutre de influencias que van desde la electrónica noventera al rap, desde Massive Attack a Beastie Boys, ¿pasando por retazos indies de Why? o folk a lo 'Neutral Milk Hotel'... Lo suyo va más allá, siendo unos de los referentes de lo que es el nuevo 'indie' o el 'metaindie': antipop, bedroompop. Cuando le hablan de todo esto, le da la risa y toca el piano.
